It’s CRM tool.

Step1. Install packages

yum install httpd mariadb-server mariadb php php-mysql php-pdo php-gd php-mbstring php-imap -y

Step:2. Start service

systemctl start mariadb

Step3. Setup database


Step4. Create database

mysql -u root -p
create database sugarcms;
grant all privileges on sugarcms.* to 'techservicedoc'@'localhost' identified by 'Redhat@123_000';                  
flush privileges;

Step5. Disable SELinux

setenforce 0
vi  /etc/selinux/config   -- Set disabled

Step6. Override SELinux policy

chcon -R -t httpd_sys_content_rw_t /var/www/html/

Step7. Install packages

yum install wget unzip  -y

Step8. Add entries in /etc/php.ini file

vi  /etc/php.ini  
upload_max_filesize = 7M
date.timezone = Europe/Bucharest

Step9. Restart service

systemctl restart httpd.service

Step10. Download SugarCRM Tool


Step11. Unzip file


Step12. Copy in html folder

cp -rf SugarCE-Full-6.5.26/* /var/www/html/
ls /var/www/html/

Step13. Change Permission and ownership

cd /var/www/html/
chmod -R 775 custom/ cache/ modules/ upload/
chgrp -R apache custom/ cache/ modules/ upload/
chmod 775 config.php config_override.php 
chgrp apache config.php config_override.php

Step14. Create .htaccess file

cd /var/www/html/
touch .htaccess
chmod 775 .htaccess
chgrp apache .htaccess

Step15. Access via browser and setup


Step16. Click next

Step17. Accept License

Step18. Choose Custom install

Step19. Choose MySQL as internal database

Step20. Fill entries

Database Name: sugarcms
Host name: localhost
Database Administrator Username: root
Database Admin Password: password
Sugar Database Username: Same as Admin User
Populate Database with Demo Data: no

Step21. Enter Admin username and password for SugarCRM.

Step22. Site Security, uncheck all options and press Next to continue.

Step23. Confirm settings by pressing the Install button.

Step24. Next button to continue and upload a Language Pack

Step25. Login with Admin account.
