About-: pligg CMS is a content management platform

Step1. Install apache

yum install  httpd wget -y

Step2. Start/enable service

systemctl start httpd
systemctl enable httpd
systemctl status httpd

Step3. Download rpm

wget http://repo.mysql.com/mysql-community-release-el7-5.noarch.rpm

Step4. Install rpm

rpm -ivh mysql-community-release-el7-5.noarch.rpm

Step5. Install MySQL

yum install -y mysql mysql-server

Step6. Start/enable service

systemctl start mysqld
systemctl enable mysqld

Step7. Setup database

mysql_secure_installation 

Step8. Create a database

mysql -u root -p
CREATE DATABASE pligg;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON pligg.* TO pligguser@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'PASSWORD';
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
\q

Step9. Install the PHP

yum install php  php-mysql php-gd php-imap php-ldap php-odbc php-pear php-xml php-xmlrpc php-mbstring -y

Step10. Download Package of pligg

wget http://liquidtelecom.dl.sourceforge.net/project/pligg/Pligg%20CMS/Pligg%20CMS%201.2.2.zip

Step11. Unzip the file

unzip Pligg\ CMS\ 1.2.2.zip -d /var/www/html/

Step12. Rename the files

cd /var/www/html/pligg/
mv languages/lang_english.conf.default languages/lang_english.conf
mv libs/dbconnect.php.default libs/dbconnect.php
mv settings.php.default settings.php

Step13. Change ownership

chown -R apache:apache /var/ww/html/pligg/

Step14. Change the permission

cd /var/www/html/pligg/
chmod 777 cache/ cache/templates_c/
chmod 755 admin/backup/
chmod 755 avatars/groups_uploaded/
chmod 755 avatars/user_uploaded/
chmod 755 cache/admin_c/
chmod 755 templates/.
chmod 755 languages/.
chmod 666 libs/dbconnect.php
chmod 666 settings.php

Step15. Restart the apache

systemctl restart httpd

Step16. Access via browser

https://ipaddress/admin/admin_index.php
or
http://ipaddress/admin/admin_index.php
