Pandora FMS is software for monitoring computer networks

Step1. Install the Remi repository and configure it

yum localinstall http://rpms.remirepo.net/enterprise/remi-release-7.rpm
yum-config-manager --enable remi-php73

Step2. Install the packages

yum install mariadb-server httpd mod_php php-gd php-mysql php-mbstring xorg-x11-fonts-misc graphviz php-snmp php-pear php-ldap php-pear-DB xorg-x11-fonts-75dpi graphviz

Step3. Create a repo file

vi /etc/yum.repos.d/pandorafms.repo

[artica_pandorafms]
 name=CentOS6 - PandoraFMS official repo
 baseurl=http://firefly.artica.es/centos7
 gpgcheck=0
 enabled=1

Step4. Install the pandora

yum -y install pandorafms_console

Step5. Start/enable the service

systemctl start httpd.service
systemctl enable httpd.service

Step6. Change the permission

chmod -R 777 /var/www/html/pandora_console/include/

Step7. Allow 80 port on firewalld

firewall-cmd --zone=public --add-port=80/tcp --permanent
firewall-cmd –reload

Step8. Start/Enable MariaDB

systemctl start mariadb
systemctl enable mariadb

Step9. Setup database

mysql_secure_installation

Step10. Restart the service

systemctl restart httpd.service

Step11. Disable SELinux

setenforce 0

Step12. Access via browser

http://IP_address/pandora_console/

Step13. Accept the license agreement

Step14. Enter the root password of MySQL

Note: The password as you may need it later during the Pandora Server configuration

Step15. Remove the install.php file from the pandora_console directory

rm -rf /var/www/html/pandora_console/install.php

Step16. Default credentials

Username ::admin
Password ::pandora
