Monitorix is a computer network monitoring tool that periodically collects system data and uses the web interface to show the information as graphs

Step1. Install the epel repository

yum install epel-release

Step2. Install the package

yum install monitorix

Step3. Configure it

vi  /etc/monitorix/monitorix.conf 

Note:: Replace the title you like and change to your own hostname

Step4. Allow the port on firewalld

firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=8080/tcp
firewall-cmd –reload

Step5. Start/enable service

systemctl start monitorix.service
systemctl enable monitorix.service

Step6. Access via browser

http://your-ip-add-ress:8080/monitorix

Note:: To get a graph in a new window, click on any graph
