Dstat is handy for monitoring systems during performance tuning tests, benchmarks or troubleshooting

Step1. Install the epel repository

yum install epel-release  -y

Step2. Install the DStat package

yum install dstat

Step3. Use command

dstat

Step4. Display information provided by vmstat

dstat --vmstat

Step5. To enable the CPU stats

dstat -c 
dstat -c --top-cpu -d --top-bio --top-latency

Step6. To include and device and total

dstat -D total,sda

Step7. To enable load average stats

dstat -l

Step8. To check all things

dstat --list
